You can record your Notes to Improve or your Action Points by clicking the appropriate button for the Management Indicator.

When you start a new assessment you will click the Start new Position Assessment button at the top of the main screen.

You will then be asked if you want to bring forward to the new assessment all the improvement notes and/ or all the action points from the last assessment.

In practice it is far easier to update, and add to, previous improvement points and action points than start from scratch. This feature provides an on-going improvement framework.

The Notepad to record improvement points shows the full text of the management indicator.

On this notepad you can record present strengths, areas that have been improved in the alst 12 months, areas for further improvement, external suggestions for improvement, improvement action planned or in progress and any relevant comments. You only need to note what is appropriate.

All improvement notes are included in the management assessment report.

The Action Points screen offers 5 action points.

For each action points you can record the action point, the person responsible, any appropriate project plan heading and the target date for completion.

Over time you can note the date of a progress report with the current status of the planned action and note a completion date if appropriate.

The action plan feature is designed to organise the action points into a range of action plans. This feature is accessed by clicking 'Action Plan' on the menubar .

Action points can be organised by perspective, responsibility, project plan or overall by making the appropriate selection from the drop down boxes at the top left hand corner. Ther relevant action will be displayed.

Action points can be listed in various date orders. Clicking the text of an action point will take you back to the original action point screen.

The selected list of action points can be compiled into an action plan report by clicking Compile
